TRADING SYSTEM:

Continuos trading takes place on the Exchange. Sales an purchase orders are processed continually during the trading day and the price
depends on supply and demand. Auction trading also takes place where offers are processed in lots and the result is a fixed price for a
particular security which ensures the maximum volume of traded securities.

SETTLEMENT & TRANSFER:

Settlement of trades takes place on the third business day following the transaction (T+3). This includes both transfer of funds and
transfer of title to the stock between buying and selling member.

TYPES OF SECURITIES:

Common shares, bonds, and investment funds are traded on the Bratislava Stock Exchange.

LISTING REQUIREMENTS:

Two markets exist on the Bratislava Stock Exchange: Main Market and Junior Market. All securities will first be listed on the Junior
Market and may ask the Committee to re-evaluate the listing after 6 months for admittance to the Main Market.

Requirements for admittance to the Main Market are:
- minimum share capital of SKK 100 million
- issue size of securities of SKK 100 million
- 3 years minimum that the issuer is in business
- 3 years covered by company prospectus.
- must submit financial statements 4 times a year

Requirements for listing on the Junior Market are:
- minimum share capital of SKK 100 million.
- issue size of securities of SKK 100 million.
- 1 year minimum that the issuer is in business
- 1 year covered by company prospectus.
- must submit financial statements 2 times a year.

REPORTING REQUIREMENTS:

Companies on the Main Market must provide audited annual financial statements, an annual financial report, and a list of shareholders
with more than 5 % of the companies shares, within months of the end of the fiscal year. Companies on the Main Market must submit
quarterly financial statements to the exchange within 30 days of the end of each period. Companies on the Junior market must submit
these statements semi-annually. Investment funds must submit their net asset value per share to the exchange the last day of each month.

COMMISSION ON SECURITIY SALES:

Brokerage fees vary from 0,6 % to 1 % depending on the size of the transaction.

TAX IMPLICATIONS:

There is a 15 % withholding tax on dividends an interest. There is no capital gains tax for non-residents.

IMPLICATIONS FOR FOREIGN INVESTORS:

Non-residents may only purchase bank shares if they have received permission from the National Bal. Only fixed-income securities
with a maturity oh more than one year may be purchased by non-residents.

INDICES:

The Slovak Stock Index (SAX) was set up in September 1993. SAX is comprised of those securities that are most frequently traded.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

The Bratislava Stock Exchange began operations in 1993. It opened it's trading floor on April 6, 1993 for bond trading and three months
later began trading shares.
